Lovablle

Trust & safety

Community Guidelines

Lovablle is designed for adults who want to meet, communicate and explore relationships with honesty and respect. These guidelines explain the behaviour we expect from everyone using the platform.

Effective September 25, 2026

Respect

Treat other members as real people with their own boundaries, choices and dignity.

Authenticity

Represent yourself honestly and do not impersonate another person or mislead members about who you are.

Safety

Never use Lovablle to threaten, exploit, intimidate or pressure another member.

1. Lovablle is for adults

You must be at least 18 years old to create or use a Lovablle account.

Do not create an account for a minor, misrepresent your age, or use the platform to pursue sexual or romantic contact with anyone you know or reasonably believe to be under 18.

2. Respect consent and personal boundaries

Interest is not consent. A match, message or conversation does not create an obligation to continue communicating, meet in person, share personal information or enter a relationship.

Stop contacting someone when they clearly ask you to stop. Do not pressure another person for photographs, sexual content, phone numbers, money, meetings or private information.

3. Harassment, stalking and intimidation are prohibited

Do not repeatedly contact someone who has rejected, blocked or unmatched you. Threats, intimidation, targeted abuse, humiliation and attempts to follow someone across accounts or services are not acceptable.

4. Hate and discrimination

Do not attack, degrade, threaten or promote hatred against people based on protected or personal characteristics. Members may have preferences for their own relationships, but those preferences do not justify harassment or degrading treatment of others.

5. Threats, violence and dangerous behaviour

Threatening violence, encouraging serious harm, blackmail, coercion or using Lovablle to facilitate violent or dangerous behaviour is prohibited.

6. Sexual misconduct and explicit content

Do not send unsolicited sexual messages, explicit images or sexual content.

Never share intimate images or private sexual material of another person without their clear permission.

7. Be authentic

Do not impersonate another person, use another person's identity or photographs deceptively, or create accounts designed to mislead members about who is behind them.

Where Lovablle offers verification features, verification may provide additional account signals but should not be treated as a guarantee that another member is trustworthy or safe.

8. Scams, fraud and requests for money

Do not use Lovablle for fraud, romance scams, deceptive fundraising, investment solicitation, financial schemes or attempts to obtain another person's banking credentials.

Be extremely cautious if someone you have met online asks you to send money, cryptocurrency, gift cards or financial information.

9. Spam and commercial solicitation

Lovablle is not a platform for unsolicited advertising, repetitive promotional messaging, recruitment schemes or commercial spam.

10. Protect people's privacy

Do not publish, threaten to publish or distribute another member's private information without permission. This includes private contact details, addresses, identity documents, financial information or intimate material.

11. Meeting someone offline

Take time to get to know someone before meeting. For an initial meeting, consider a public place, tell a trusted person where you are going and maintain control of your own transport.

You can end a meeting or conversation whenever you feel uncomfortable. A match does not override your judgment or personal boundaries.

12. Reporting and blocking

Signed-in members can use available reporting and blocking controls when they experience behaviour that may violate these guidelines.

Reports should be made in good faith. Deliberately abusing reporting tools to target or harass another member may itself violate these guidelines.

13. Enforcement

Lovablle may review reported conduct and take proportionate action where appropriate. Depending on the circumstances, action may include warnings, restrictions, removal of content, suspension or termination of an account.

Not every disagreement or unsuccessful interaction is a violation. Context matters, and available information may be reviewed before action is taken.

Your judgment still matters

Lovablle can provide tools and information, but no dating platform can guarantee another person's intentions, identity, behaviour or safety. Move at a pace that feels right to you and use available safety controls when necessary.
