These Terms explain the rules that apply when you create an account, use Lovablle's dating and communication features, or interact with other members.

By creating an account or using Lovablle, you agree to these Terms and to policies that are expressly incorporated into them, including the Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines.
If you do not agree, you should not create an account or continue using the service.

Lovablle is an adult dating service and is not intended for children.
You must also be legally capable of entering into these Terms and must not use Lovablle where doing so would violate applicable law or a binding restriction.

You are responsible for providing materially accurate account information and for keeping your login credentials secure.
You must not impersonate another person, create deceptive accounts, misrepresent your identity for fraudulent purposes, or use another person's account without permission.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless the activity resulted from circumstances outside your reasonable control.

Lovablle is intended for respectful dating and meaningful connection. You must respect other members' consent, privacy and boundaries.
Harassment, intimidation, stalking, coercion and threats are not permitted.
Fraud, impersonation, financial scams and deliberately deceptive behaviour are prohibited.
Interest in another member never overrides that person's right to stop communication.
Lovablle may not be used to facilitate unlawful activity or abuse.

Lovablle may use profile information, preferences and automated ranking or compatibility logic to organise or recommend potential connections.
Recommendations are discovery tools, not guarantees. Lovablle does not promise that any recommendation will result in communication, compatibility, marriage, partnership or any other particular relationship outcome.
Members remain responsible for deciding whom they communicate with, meet or enter into relationships with.

Lovablle provides or may provide safety tools such as reporting, blocking and account-review mechanisms.
These tools reduce risk but cannot guarantee the identity, intentions, conduct or truthfulness of every member.
Verification features, where available, should not be treated as a guarantee that a person is safe or that every statement in their profile is accurate.

You retain ownership of content you create and upload, subject to rights you grant Lovablle as reasonably necessary to host, display, process, transmit and operate that content through the service.
You must have the right to upload the content you provide and must not upload material that unlawfully violates another person's privacy, copyright or other rights.

You may stop using Lovablle and may use available account controls to request or perform account deletion.
Lovablle may restrict, suspend or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, or protect the service.
The circumstances of a suspension or termination may affect what information must be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, safety or dispute-resolution purposes.

Lovablle may add, change, suspend or discontinue features as the service develops. Availability may vary by account, location, device or stage of product rollout.
We aim to operate a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted, error-free or permanently available access.

Dating involves interactions between independent people. Lovablle does not control every action or statement made by members and cannot eliminate all risks associated with online or offline interactions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

Lovablle may update these Terms as the service, business model or legal requirements change. Material changes should be communicated in an appropriate manner before they take effect where required by law.
